What to Do When You Need Service:
Anytime you need support, give us a call at 316.794.8880. We try to help resolve issues over the phone whenever possible, to help save you time.
When you have an issue during normal business hours, you’ll be directed to our Support Services Team dispatch, who will prioritize your call and get a technician scheduled for service.
After hours, dispatch will notify our service team and a service manager or on-call technician will respond to your call within the hour.
